Changing the future and strengthening communities through quality evidence-based practices

To provide access to high quality services effective at improving the lives of those we work with.  In partnership with families and other professionals, we are accountable to meet the needs of the community and strengthen families to be in control of their future. We believe access to progressive services delivered by qualified professionals is a right for all people. Our clinical teams share this vision; doing our part and touching the world through ABA & proven sciences.

Rosa has been working with children and their families since 2002 when she started her career as a behavior technician. Since then, Rosa progressed in her career and worked her way up to be Associate Clinical Director, and now co-founder of her own company, Quality Behavior Solutions.  She received her Masters Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.  In 2006, Rosa successfully completed the Professional Concentration in Autism Spectrum Disorders at UC Davis MIND Institute, certifying her as an autism specialist.  She is focused on expanding her expertise in Organizational Behavioral Management and extend ABA concepts to the workforce setting, designed to ensure quality and satisfaction of her employees who dedicate their career to supporting those impacted by autism. As a bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Rosa is committed to serving her community in the San Fernando and Antelope Valleys.

It has been our shared vision to bring EFFECTIVE treatments to the communities we call home.  As residents of the regions we serve, the impact of low quality and unavailable services continue to be an issue for so many families.  We founded Quality Behavior Solutions with one goal in mind: provide access to QUALITY interventions that strengthen families and communities. We remain focused on running a small agency that is founded on quality not quantity. We strive to provide personalized behavioral health treatment by expanding services to meet the comprehensive needs of our clients  and lessen stressful transitions between practitioners as behavioral needs change.  We are accountable to our vision, clients, clinical teams, and our communities.

Jackie has dedicated her career to improving the lives of families, children and communities.  With a background in Early Childhood Education, she was instrumental at starting two child development preschool centers, both receiving an accreditation from the National Association of the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).  In 2005, she began working with children and individuals living with autism and other related disorders. Her dedication and passion for this work led her to complete her certification as an Autism Specialist from UC Davis MIND Institute and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2010.  With over 20 years of education and experience, she co-founded Quality Behavior Solutions with a sole purpose of ensuring families have access to high quality and effective services, designed to positively change lives.
