Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)


Our BT teams are highly trained in the application of ABA service delivery and behavior management. BT's must complete an intensive training which prepares them for the RBT credential and deliver hours of ABA delivery under the direct supervision of a BCBA in our center's before moving onto home delivery models.

  • Pursuing education in ABA, Psychology or related field
  • Specialized training in HIPAA
  • Specialized training in Crisis Prevention Intervention  
  • Ongoing professional training workshops

Lead Registered Behavior Technician (L-RBT)


Our Lead RBTs work in conjunction with the Behavior Analyst to implement and monitor the day to day progress of each client. The L-RBT is the lead of the BT/RBT team and ensures the consistency of delivery by the behavior intervention team.        

  •  Bachelors in ABA, Psychology or related field 
  •  1+ years experience with direct line ABA services
  •  Specialized training in HIPAA
  •  Specialized training in Crisis Prevention Intervention
  •  Ongoing professional development training 

Assistant Behavior Analyst  


Our Assistant Behavior Analysts are specialized in Applied Behavior Analysis and directly responsible for the daily progress and implementation of our in-home and center-based ABA services.  All Assistant Behavior Analysts work directly under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to apply the most current practices available. The Assistant Behavior Analysts reports to the Behavior Analyst on a regular basis and manages our behavior technician teams.

  •  Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) 
  •  2+ years experience in the field of ABA
  •  Attends professional development trainings 
  •  Trained in Crisis Prevention Interventions
  •  Specialized training in HIPAA and Supervisory Leadership

Behavior Analyst ​​


An upper level manager position, responsible for the quality and effectiveness of programs under their direction. Behavior Analysts hold the highest qualifications and consult with the Assistant Behavior Analyst, families, directors, and professionals to ensure success for our clients. Our Behavior Analysts maintain a low billable requirement, supporting a concentration on effective therapy for all clients.

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
